This is a team with a great deal of experience, showed up on time and preformed the job in a timely way. Extracted dust and pet hair that had been building up in our ducts for many years. Before and after pictures were amazing. Fair price as well, unlike some other company that I used in the past. Am pleased!
Very well, Keneth was punctual, very professional and pleasant. He explained why he was doing as he was going along prior to the duct cleaning. I noticed I coughed a bit when the heat was on and had to pull out my humidifier. After the cleaning, I have not coughed that much since the cleaning. Thank you.

Maple Air Duct Cleaning did a great job ensuring I understood the process of installing the foam installation. They answered all of my questions and came up with quick solutions to address the unique situations that arise while working on my older home. Most importantly, it made it very affordable to insulate my home! It is very clear that it takes customer service and satisfaction very seriously. I definitely recommend them for insulation services!
I would give this company zero stars. I have reached out to this company three times because they installed my dryer vent incorrectly and if DTE had not come and investigate before I ran my dryer, carbon monoxide would have entered into my home. DTE mentioned they use duct tape which is not the correct tape to seal it. They did not change my line as I had indicated and nor did they seal it properly and if I would have ran my gas my family and I could have had carbon monoxide or death DTE pink slipped it and had to shut off m... read more
