I've been seeing Doctor Hu for my chronic back and neck pain, and I can't recommend him highly enough. He is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring. His treatments, which include acupuncture, medical massage, and cupping, have made a significant difference in my pain levels. Each visit leaves me feeling immediately better. I have been going to Dr Hu for at least 4 years. Every time I've been it's been like a miracle. Sinus infection, gone within hours. Knee pain, gone in 1 day. Back pain, gone within hours. Hip pain, gone within hours. I know I'm in good hands. They are so careful and attentive to my requests/needs. I have even brought my parents- both were super skeptical but absolutely loved it. I’m blessed to have been going to Maple Acupuncture, because Dr. Hu does a great job with acupuncture. I have been going there before COVID, but my mom and I didn’t go there, for a while due to COVID-19. The only thing I dislike is when the male massager holds onto the butt to massage a different part of the body (to get the pressure point). It has been making me very uncomfortable!!! Can you imagine after you wait 10 days to get office appointment first time and wait one hour in office, are asked undressed laying on the bed, then the office manager come and said you have to pay full first. I feel insulted and they are money driven without do their job. Bad service. I booked my appointment 10 days ago with all my insurance insurance information in email, when my first visiting was left without seeing dr. !!! I was SO SURPRISED at the negative comments- various family members go and the practice is highly professional. Dr. Hu is knowledgeable, has excellent training and has helped us with various physical issues. The negative comments are absolute nonsense.
