Very good home owners insurance agency.
Extremely POOR customer service. There is complete disorganization in their company. They had my accident listed in their system as an "at fault" accident (I was rear-ended) and upped my rates. When I asked my agent to check into why the rates went up, they realized they had an accident in their system. When they owe you a reimbursement, they wait 60 days to get your money back to you.
