The worst experience. I was hit by someone that had mapfre as their carrier. 2 months after the police report was completed i was finally allowed to go to their preferred body shop. My vehicle was totaled. The payoff amount is no where near what it will take me to replace my vehicle. I could only keep a loaner for 7 days, actually found out from the rental agency that my loaner had to be returned before mapfre let me know my vehicle was totaled.
