After 10+ years with this company, they will be losing not only one but two loyal customers of theirs with multiple policies all because they are denying a 2.5% discount for donating to Pan-Mass, which I have always submitted for several years. Shitty people!
Action Emergency Management has worked with MAPFRE for many years and has historically had professional, collaborative relationships with numerous adjusters.
