Truly awful- I put in a claim with them because one of their drivers totaled my car, and they were very difficult to work with. First, they never contacted me even though my insurance filed a claim with them. Then, they provided me with a wrong insurance claim #. Finally, I got the right number after contacting my insurance company. The assigned Mapfre agent was completely unhelpful. Mapfre Insurance was awesome! Great rates and the claim I had was a breeze! Had my car body repaired and everything the claim department did was amazing! Very SMOOTH!!!! Thank You!!!

Everything was done by using texts. I was contacted by the adjuster; sent pictures; and, received the appraisal.
If I could leave a zero star that is what MAPFRE would get. In March I switch my home insurance to MAPFRE only to have the policy cancelled due to the home inspection. After 60.9 feet of snow in Boston, I am pretty sure that everyone's house was not in the best of conditions on the outside. The petty incidentals' that the adjuster picked up on were Sofit peeling and chipped paint, door trim peeling, vegetation in contact with dwelling (so don't have any grass or trees aligning your house).
