One of their insured hit my parked car. I reached out to them and they were very responsive at first to texts (they gave me a number I could text the agent handling the claim) but then they stopped responding. Tried calling. Got in touch and was told what to do next. Sent them the info via email and asked for confirmation as well as where I could get a rental and haven’t heard back in weeks.
One of their insured rear ended us on the highway totaling our car. It’s been over three months and they still haven’t placed blame on their driver. Each week we call for an update and customer services continually gets more rude. If we could submit zero stars, we would.
You would think that An insurance company might hire people that are safe and know how to at least use a turn signal before abruptly changing lanes on the highway. Unfortunately, my photo doesn’t show your company’s logo on the door, but it’s there
Rates are terribly high and customer service is terrible.
