Trash company wasting drivers time. Appt at 5. I got here at 2. Called at 4:30 they tell me will be ready at 6. Called at 6 now they say 7. Places like this need to be burned to ground
First time here, fast and friendly staff. 1.5 hrs to get loaded.. 1st you drive on to scale and call the number for further instructions. After you get loaded and receive your BOL head back to the scale for final weigh in and your good to go. Restroom available inside, no overnight parking permitted on premises or side streets.
Go on scale first and call. Follow instructions! Around 2 hours in and out depends on how many trucks!
Terrible company to ship from. BEWARE! Some loads, yes, they will load people on time at their appt time only and be on their way. But many drivers and for many shipments they delay you and make you wait. Just a matter of luck. I arrived at 2:10pm. Appt 3pm. I went on scale asap and called the number on the scale box and checked in. At 3:45pm they said the product isn’t ready and won’t be ready until 6pm. This is after I confirmed my appt time.
