Terrible
The company is a complete mess, I have an appointment for 8 am, I've been standing there for 1.5 hours and they haven't opened the door yet, no one is working inside, they go one after the other, don't waste your time, they don't respect the driver here
Everything they say about this place is true, the long wait, the tendency to forgot to call you or even know you are "Waiting in the street" till they call you. Now I didn't experience any attitude but incompetency and bad planning is the problem here. I told the guy when I got him on the phone after 3.5 hr waiting, if you make me wait one more hour this load will be late.....he goes "I know sir.", but didn't apologize or anything. They only have 5 docks to load, so that is part of the issue, so really I think this is more o... read more
I don't give a star either. Worst place. Checked in 4 hours before appointment. No dock even my passed 1 hour 15 min ago. Still preparing the shipments. BTW load was local load straight though.
Don’t waste your time it’s not worth it.
