Owner is rude. Came in at 7:45p.m on a Saturday with my kids and 2 other parents had their kids and the store was blasting inappropriate music. When I brought it up it to him his response was he doesn’t care and kids shouldn’t be out this late. I dropped it and he continued to run his mouth making smart remarks.

The gas pumps didn't actually pump out as much gas as it charged me for

I work at 3322. Came in to get ice in my own cup and had to redeem points to get the ice iny own cup. Again, I'm a mapco employee. Customer service is HORRIBLE at the "private owned" mapco stores I will make sure I never get anything from these stores. Period!

7:49 am augusto 9 2025 It’s always the same — maybe a few employees and the manager care about the job, but the others don’t. They literally leave and close the store for no reason, and it happens several times.

Mapco by Walmart could not be found. They often close early like as in I pulled into the parking lot and the clerk throws a sign on the store saying closed. They also lock their restrooms for some reason. Maybe they can ask upper management why that's happening.
