Pésima atención al cliente vine a comprar ticket y el señor estaba con una mala actitud desde que llegamos y cada vez que llegábamos a cambiar los ticket ganadores estaba con su mala actitud todo molesto estoy súper decepcionada porque vine con ganas de ganarme algo y con ese personal no gané nada

Every time this guy works here he closes the lottery machine very very rude with people off color dose not even say the simple words hello or thank I been MAPCO customer for the last 17 years but this guy he needs to go check the cameras on Sunday 2:49 pm thank

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I walked into the MAPCO on Harding Place simply to ask for a product, and the employee immediately became hostile. He told me to leave, made inappropriate political comments about “calling Donald Trump,” and followed it up with racist remarks. He then began yelling at me to get out of the store. The behavior was aggressive, discriminatory, and completely unacceptable. I felt disrespected and unsafe. No one should be treated this way for asking a basic ques... read more
