Everytime I go, I get told that the bathrooms are down. It's been about a month since the last time I went to use it and they are still down. Makes me feel like either I'm being lied to or they just don't care to fix issues fast enough. Least they could do is put a sign up on it saying 'unavailable'.

The management is rude and extremely lazy. They leave things locked and it keeps the employees from doing there job. I have been to this location multiple times and the cant sell me what I need because its locked up and only a manager can open it. Well where is the manager? There should always be a manager on duty. But I guess she is stuffing her face somewhere like i always see her doing when she is there. Learn to do your job. This store has terrible customer service. They don't take down expired promotions in a timely manner and when you try to purchase "promotions deal" they verify it's correct that is the deal but then inform you it expired three days ago so you ask them if they can honor it but get told "No, do you want it or not?" hatefully. I will not stop at this store again. Speaking nicely to others goes a long ways.

Too bad there isn't a no star selection. I walked in today and told the man behind the counter what I wanted to purchase. He already had an attitude and let it show. I wanted to buy 2 cartons of cigarettes. One was suppose to be Pall Mall menthol shorts. The other was Camel Crush menthol shorts. He rang me up with a sarcastic attitude. So I just kept my mouth shut because the guy looked like he was physically and mentally handicapped.
