I went into the store around 4am. I believe I was the only customer at the time. FYI I am 58 and never even think about stealing. With that said. I am about to ask if they sell Dubai lemon cheesecake bars when the cashier YELLS...YOU CAN'T BE IN HERE WITH THAT BAG. I turned around to look behind me to see who he was yelling at and to see what kind of bag wasn't allowed. Cashier was very unprofessional..ATM not working then I have a paper ID..( waiting for hard copy) only one I can use till then ..Cashier tells me the manager said don't accept them ..but .I used it yesterday at the same store!!! Really...Mapco sucks!! That's why all the business is going to BP across the street!!
My daughter went in today and got accused of not paying. The worker walked right out without asking anyone inside first. A sorry was not enough please do better with choosing your cashiers. Clearly he wasn’t playing much attention to what’s happening in the store if he goes around just accusing. I would definitely give 0 stars.
Service with an attitude, a bad attitude. I ha en4 other gas stations to choose from. I will pick this one last all day
Tiffany, working at store 7551 on murfreesboro road at 11:30 p.m. on Sunday 11/22 was extremely disrespectful to my mother and I. We both shop here everyday for our daily necessities and every time she is severely rude and disrespectful. Tonight she refused to sell us tobacco although we both showed her our I.D. For this I will no longer shop at my local mapco and Tiffany has ran a whole family of loyal customers away.
