Not sure who hired the cashier that was on duty in you business last Tuesday afternoon about 5ish ...He didn't know how to or refused to do his job as far as loading money on cash app or Chime bc he attempted 4 times on each account I had and still no results!! Went down the street to Dollar store and loaded money within seconds!! There is something wrong with the scanner or HIM in general!! Hire better trained personnel!!
