On multiple occasions, Google has shown this store as open, only for me to arrive—after walking there in the snow—and find it closed. If the posted hours of operation are not accurate or consistently followed, it undermines their purpose and creates unnecessary frustration for customers. Keeping online hours up to date would go a long way toward avoiding this issue.
Doors being locked during business hours? Yeah, still an issue. Might as well just close permanently? Might be a good solution.
I see reviews from over 6 years ago talking about the door being locked during business hours and it’s still a problem to this day (10/4/2025). I’ve gone over 2 times now and it’s been locked and no one is answering. 1 star for MAPCO corporate - yall keep replying acting like you care and are gonna help the store or the (clearly 1) employee who works in it at the time and have done absolutely nothing for them. I’m a paying customer on the sorry person won’t even let me use their bathroom and the attendant had an attitude would not recommend this place.
