Terrible customer service, placed an order almost 4 weeks ago, it was supposedly shipped 2 days after my order was placed. I still haven’t received my order, I have emailed to inquire and zero response. I have tried calling to no avail, I haven’t been able to reach an actual person. I am in Canada so it’s isn’t going international. So very disappointed by this company and lack of response or follow up.
I ordered the map on May 24th 2024, more than 3 weeks after they are emailing me we are out of stock and there will be refund. I waited for almost 3 weeks just to get this map for my cross country trip now I have to look for a map asap. What an inconvenience, if you know you are out of stock please cancel the order early so that they will look for other options. Making a customer wait for over 2 weeks is stupid. I don’t recommend this place.

Order Placed: 11/2/2024 - Order arrived: 07/03/2024 >> About 3 weeks. The map look good, the communication was good 24-48 hours for an email replay. you get a email when the orders is processed and when it is shipped. In my case was shipped with Canada Post.
Very poor customer service. I ordered a map on Dec 1 and called over a week ago to inquire as to where the map was. I was informed that they are busy and it will get mailed out next day. We’ll it’s Dec 18TH and still no map. Very disappointed with the service. Too slow and poor communication.
