If I could give zero stars, I would. The office manager is very rude. My husband had an appointment and was told he couldn't be seen unless he had a letter from his insurance company to prove he had insurance. Despite the fact when the insurance numbers were put in the computer and said it was 'active', they still refused to see him. We drove 30 minutes to get there. There was no reason why the letter was needed nor would they let him be seen, and then get the letter. I'll never recommend this group. Go somewhere else!!

If I could give this experience zero stars, I would. I was 15 minutes early for my appointment as the office requested, and I sat and waited in the waiting room for an hour and 45 minutes before being called into an exam room to see the doctor. Another 15 min or so he came in, did not apologize for the delay and asked me if I knew why my PCP would have referred me to him - which I understand with a referral he is transferred my records and should be reviewing my case in advance. Very frustrating to have to wait 45mins-1hr after my appointment time because the office overbooks appts. I encounter patients in the waiting room complaining of same matter. This is unprofessional, unacceptable and unfair. I have contacted my Insurance company to file an official complaint.
