20F Went in for chronic pain, he told me to work out more. Im 125lbs and in shape. Prescribed me pain meds and did bloodwork and xray. I have retrolisthesis. At the 2nd appointment he didn't explain what it was or how it would effect me. Told me it was a birth defect and didn't comfort me when I started crying out of frustration. Told me I was too young to be having any related issues and my disk hight loss was normal. Told me to work out again.
Very caring staff. Josh is at the front desk so sweet and professional, he made me feel at ease. Really great phlebotomist and super sweet. Overall the staff makes this a good place.
I've been going to him for years. He's honest and I've never had a bad experience there
If I could give zero stars, I would. The office manager is very rude. My husband had an appointment and was told he couldn't be seen unless he had a letter from his insurance company to prove he had insurance. Despite the fact when the insurance numbers were put in the computer and said it was 'active', they still refused to see him. We drove 30 minutes to get there. There was no reason why the letter was needed nor would they let him be seen, and then get the letter. I'll never recommend this group. Go somewhere else!!
If I could give this experience zero stars, I would. I was 15 minutes early for my appointment as the office requested, and I sat and waited in the waiting room for an hour and 45 minutes before being called into an exam room to see the doctor. Another 15 min or so he came in, did not apologize for the delay and asked me if I knew why my PCP would have referred me to him - which I understand with a referral he is transferred my records and should be reviewing my case in advance.
