At the time that I retained Mr. Manzoor he demanded that I sign a substitution of attorney before he even began. I have since found out from the California State Bar that such behavior is unethical and inappropriate. I asked him what he believed he would need to get me through this matter, and made it very clear that I did not want him to over process this case, as it would do not do me any good to get up to trial, but not able to proceed from there.
