I got the 12 month commitment in July of 24, after my 12 months was up in July I tried to go in and cancel to which I was told I couldn’t cancel until September if I didn’t want to pay extra fees. So I was then like okay I’ll just keep it till then. September came and it was still not allowing me to cancel so I tried messaging them and nothing. I travel back and forth from San Diego. I was initially happy to find a woman's only gym. As a business owner myself I would NEVER respond to reviews the way this business has. I just read the responses and wow. I can't wait to see what the response is to my review. I texted on Friday morning 9/19 at 9:20AM to inquire about the membership.
