I travel back and forth from San Diego. I was initially happy to find a woman's only gym. As a business owner myself I would NEVER respond to reviews the way this business has. I just read the responses and wow. I can't wait to see what the response is to my review. I texted on Friday morning 9/19 at 9:20AM to inquire about the membership. I was not going to write a review and was going to try and cancel peacefully, but this was completely unprofessional and I want others to be aware before committing. Long story short, I tried cancelling due to an injury, they wanted me to pause, I asked if I could cancel because it will be a long recovery, they were taking days to respond one message.. at this point it was three days since last message was sent and I felt unsettled. This gym is really clean, the people who run it are very aware of everything going on , they keep us safe as an all woman's gym, and I always enjoy going to this gym. I love that it's 24/7 ! 10/10 recommend 🖤
