I have been going to Manzer Family Medicine for over 14 years and I greatly appreciate how they operate all of their locations. Dr. Manzer is a great guy and doctor who listens to his patients. I have been to both offices,the one in Carthage, Missouri, and the one in Galena, Kansas and I see Miss Kristin in Galena and she’s great… I have always been treated with respect and kindness from All of the staff… I personally highly recommend this medical practice! They never answer their phones or texts when you need to reschedule an appointment.
Horrible provider. They send your medication to the wrong pharmacy and then take multiple days before they call you back when you have left multiple messages. Then one of their docs told me there wasn't a test to see what I'm allergic to. Didn't get the test until I asked a different doc. I had to ask when I had been in with multiple issues. Guess what. I am now needing allergy shots. This provider doesn't care, period!
