My brother has been going here for a while. My mom just started last week. Yesterday, I took her in to have a wound they treated last week looked at. I felt like the Doctor barely looked and only spent 2 minutes with her. The staff was nice, The facility was clean.
Patty at the front desk is so sweet and helpful and Aubri has been so nice, good with needles. Made being sick a little easier Thanks ladies!
Galena office is fantastic and very friendly. Patty was a pleasure to talk to.
Was told to leave a message I asked if they took my insurance with no response... I'm guess they didn't and just didn't want to respond because I would not make them money let's you know what they are in it for
