if i could give this place 0 stars, i would. fries arrived dark brown and SOPPING wet. couldn’t eat one bite without gagging, week old pasta salad that they’re sending out to people, and i ordered a vegetable sandwich and got this full of meat and old brown avocado. whoever works there or owns this place needs to take a look at the staff they hired and wonder why they would ever send out food this disgusting.
We ordered breakfast sandwiches as the only group in the restaurant. After 35 minutes of waiting, we went and asked for an update and they didn’t have any idea where our order was. They found it set aside and the food has clearly been sitting out. Not sure how this happens when no one else is there but certainly don’t go if you’re wanting to grab something quick.
The best sandwiches! They are massive, so fresh, so favorable. The staff are also so nice! Highly recommend!! The maverick is to die for!
I had an order mix-up with DoorDash and I called the shop to sort it out. They were more than accommodating, got the order sorted out, and even remade part of the order to make sure it was fresh for me. This is one of those times when 5 stars is not enough. Well done!
Placed a family sized order, 6 subs for picnic delivery. 2 of the subs didn’t have the extras that were ordered and paid for. Also, requested napkins and utensils since this was a picnic and none of that made it into the order. As many of you know, Manzano’s subs can be a bit messy with their generous amounts of Mayo and vinegar and oil. Need a little bit more quality control as delivery orders leave the shop.
