I am a housekeeper and have a few clients here. The homes are cute and mostly small. it's a nice lifestyle, and people care about each other. They have awesome sunset views. Parking is difficult for service/ maintenance people. However, the people are very happy here.
Very friendly team and a great intentional community project. Reach out ahead of time if you want an on site visit and tour. Worth the trip for sure.
