Don't rent from here – Renters be ware! These people are the worst when it comes to customer service! I've rented many houses and this experience is not up to par. I highly recommended Coastal Cabins if you are in renting in Manzanita, Oregon.
Zero Customer Service – We had a terrible experience w/Manzanita Rental Co. We will never use them again. They Never mentioned their cancelation policy when we booked a trip 3 weeks prior to our arrival date. We had a business trip come up the day after we booked our weekend. We called to try to cancel (1 day after making the reservation) & they said they had a 30 day cancelation policy & we would not be refunded any $. Including the cleaning fee.
