I have been seeing Krista for prenatal massages and love how relaxed and rejuvenated I feel when I leave her studio. She has an incredible way of making you feel so nurtured and cared for (so needed especially during pregnancy) and has a beautiful space that truly promotes the sense of sacredness and being held. Also love the sacred facial add-on, quite possibly one of the best facial massages I've gotten.
A massage with Krista is a moving meditation! With her background in yoga and bodywork, she is able to synchronize her breath and awareness on another level. Krista listened to my needs and tailored our sessions around my shoulder pain which was incredible. Highly recommend!
I had an incredible experience at Manzanita Massage! The massage therapist was incredibly thorough, with a great understanding of anatomy and my specific needs. She really listened to my body and worked on areas that needed attention. The ambiance was so calming and comfortable, making it easy to fully relax. I also loved the tinctures she used—they added such a nice touch to the experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a truly restorative massage! Will definitely be coming back.
The room and table were comfortable, even cozy. Krista listened to what I wanted in terms of force and areas of focus. I appreciated that she was willing to be conversational but made space for plenty of silence, i.e. very aware of conversational cues.
