My mom made an appointment for me to get box braids, they told her 11:30AM on Saturday. When she called to verify the appointment she said she had texted and said to come on Sunday at 1:30PM. We showed up at 1:20 and no one was there. We called the number and they gave me a different number to call for appointments, a person answered the phone and said that we had the wrong number when the voicemail clearly said to call that number. She claimed it was not her. So I’m left without getting my hair braided.
I called asking did she braid over dreadlocks and she told me $180, I am college student so I got around my schedule to miss class and arrive, she wasn’t even there.. I had to wait for her to pull up and she didn’t even have my hair color, she pulled out a ginger color and then a darker shade from my dreadlocks… The shop already is unprofessional looking, barely any chairs, The wash sinks were dirty, had sponges everywhere, brown cardboard boxes, and hair everywhere, Shop wasn’t even setup…. If I could leave no stars if I could she made an appt asked me to b there 140 when I arrived nobody was there couldn’t find the suite I called her she said 5 mins after waiting 15mins I left down the street to get gas while I was getting gas I missed her call and Called right back multiple times I went back to the parking lot called no answer so I leave she calls and says she was busy and she was at Toyota trading her car she will call back I drove 45 mins and was on time didn’t get my hair done never will come back don’t wa... read more
