I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism. The staff was dismissive and rude. They declined to work on my car because it would take too long. While I understand time constraints, the rudeness was unnecessary and unhelpful.

I’ve done business with Kevin a few times and have always been happy with the outcome. However, due to my stupidity ( backed my car out of garage when door wasn’t fully opened). and a mistake in scheduling things went south. No car on Christmas Eve at 12:30 am. Sent an email to Kevin on Christmas Day and I have to say, he went well above and beyond anything I expected!
