Dr Dhillon is the ONLY psychiatrist (out of three) who offered genetic testing to accurately determine which meds are right for me to treat my depression and anxiety. He is kind, patient, listens, explains things in detail that you can understand, and has a great "bedside manner". I haven't felt this good in years all thanks to Dr Dhillon - he is AMAZING! I’m really disappointed with how private medical practices are being absorbed into large institutions like MindPath. Unfortunately, patients often end up feeling like just a number. Upon my initial intake, he diagnosed me with major depressive disorder ans generalized anxiety disorder. While he was right on the generalized anxiety disorder, I could tell there was more going on, as no matter what SSRI dosage he put me on, I kept having to have it upped.The one major issue that I had with him, was he never really dug into what CAUSED the depression at its root.
