The company is a telemarketer. The technicians are independent contractors. The technician wanted payment in advance and carried no parts so same day service isn't true. He told me one of the parts would be 2-3 days. Paid $89.95. I asked if I could pay when the repairs were complete and he said no grabbed his stuff and said he won't be back. Best $388 I didn't spend. The Technician- Nail Gurbanov did an excellent job with diagnosing the problem with my General Refrigerator where the Freezer and Top Fan were not operating properly. He was very professional and courteous in addition to doing excellent work. I highly recommend them for Appliance Services
Called and they sent over Suner Services LLC. The tech was nice and helped me understand the freezer and issues. But the price they quoted me to change the water valve was a rip-off. They quoted me a valve over $180 when I found the same one from whirlpool for under $70. They also quoted service to be over $250 for maybe a 30 minute repair. Would not recommend them.
Outstanding service! Friendly technician, quick repair, and they didn’t try to upsell me anything I didn’t need.
They fixed my dryer in under an hour. It was making a weird noise and now it runs quietly again. Super nice folks and fair pricing.
