I’ve been enjoying Manusa since 2019 (Complete Package gift vouchers for Christmas from my lovely husband). However after my last (disappointing) experience 13 March (facial) and still waiting for a return phone call as promised to address my concerns, it’s time to say goodbye. There are other wonderful spas out there.
I had the3 hour reset spa and Elyse was amazing she really listened to what I needed and worked on the areas I mentioned. Beautiful space and peaceful atmosphere. An all round beautiful experience.
I received a gift voucher for the radiance package. My massage and facial by Ivana were both beautiful. I’ll definitely be back. Jill
