They did a transmission swap on my machine and the drive shaft bolts rattled out. Then they made me pay to fix it.
This is by far the worst brand and service I have ever had in my life, I bought my 40.17 brand new in 2021 and biggest mistake I have ever made, nothing but problems from day one. Told them it was in the computer but what did I know, year later they finally came out to update the software and look at that they fix it.
