I went for a follow up for my finger surgery and it’s hands down ( pun intended ) the best place I’ve been to! They were able to see quite earlier than intended since I got to my appointment 30 minutes in advance. All staff members ( module 5 hand clinic ) were so nice and helpful! Super friendly staff and very good advice and help for my injury. I would recommend 100%
The staff were good. Bit of waiting time but not as bad as i initially thought. The seats in the radiology area look very old and need replacing. After appointment I went to look at the cafe food; quite expensive.. so gave it a miss. Lots of parking but fills up fast and parts of the building looks new + classy-ish outside.
Had gastroscopy and colonoscopy procedures done yesterday. Though there was a bit longer waiting time. All the staff members I came in contact were excellent ,professional and very caring.
I cannot fault the care we had at this centre today. The centre was busy but calm and well organised. We were taken on time for our 1pm appt. All staff were respectful, courteous and efficient. Waiting rooms were clean and comfortable, not that we waited for long. After our experience of chaos and hours of waiting at the Greenlane eye clinic, I cannot praise Manukau Superclinic enough. Amazing.... and FREE PARKING as well.
