When my sister went for her gastronomy procedure and left to wait until it was time to go In, a couple of the nurses were great, the Indian nurses were not. But when the procedure was finished and she went into the recovery ward the nurses were absolutely terrific. You can tell they care sincerely about their job and every patient they attend to. The staff running this medical centre including the contact centre should be trained to handle calls and prioritise patients requirements. One old contact centre agent Sharon was absolutely a nightmare to speak. She cant understand anything and you need to repeat everytime. They are only there to confirm your appointment . They do not have access to anything else. Everytime you call they only take your full details. The NHI system is really sick and needs real-time management.
