Very abrupt and rude. Doesn't want to answer questions. Prescribed medication that dried out my mother's skin. My mother needs HHA according to her neurologist due to her Dementia diagnosis and Dr. Mathur denied the request for no apparent reason. Looking to switch doctors because my mother is 86 and should be able to feel comfortable with her doctor at this stage of life and not aggravated.
