These people are scammers & thieves. I ordered a model I saw on the lot. After putting down payment, they switched it with a different model. So I canceled the order & was told my down payment would be refunded within 7 days. It's been a couple months now & they haven't refunded the money & Tracy & Mercedes have stopped answering my calls. DO NOT TRUST these people
So since day one of buying our house, we have been blown off by this company. We have had a roof leak since December and still not resolved. I took off work to have the issues resolved and they canceled 30min after my appointment after calling the night before to confirm the appointment. Anyone looking for a house look anywhere else. Trust me this was the biggest mistake. Abby will just blow you off.

Don't buy from these people, they take your money and after you pay them they get mad at you when you call them with multiple questions because you are a first time home buyer and once you get your house they never come back to finish it out and when you call them they have no idea about what they are talking about and when you tell them what all is suppose to be fixed from the final walk through they tell you that the factory denied your parts. We were working with Esperanza almost closed on the trailer paid the deposit of $8,500 but because the land we wanted the owners had problems it took longer they had to pull credit again and my husbands credit didn’t meet the criteria so he was added by Esperanza as an authorized user on her personal credit card we ended up not wanting the home any longer due to circumstances coming up and no replies from seller took me awhile to get our deposit back I called the office in San Antonio because Esperanza lied about a date when... read more
highest priced mobile homes in the area. seriously, dont waste your time. virtually anyother dealership in town will be cheaper, by a lot!
Don’t buy from them. There has been so many problems after the sell and you have to pester them in order to get any calls in return. Houses look beautiful but definitely aren’t set up properly and not built correctly. I still have pieces of my house missing and no keys to my house. It has been sitting on my property for almost a month and still can’t move in.
