After house painted it looked really good. But after 3 years the paint started falling off in certain areas. See pictures Manual’s response was that the reason the paint was falling off was because the wood post & aluminum patio gets hot & causing the paint to fall Off. You would think after paying $5000 for a two bedroom home 1300 sq feet that it would last longer than three years. So be warned.

Manuel's just did the exterior painting for my house. This is the second time I've used them and they've been great everytime. Top notch work at a price that honestly surprises me everytime at how low it is. Also, nice people to deal with and a very personable crew.
