One star too many!! Lousy customer service!! Reply to owner: I appreciate your response. Initially when we spoke on the phone, that you were closed for lunch, I said I was going to return for a quote. If a picture is all you needed for your initial preliminary estimate, I could've saved myself a trip and texted you a picture(s). That's what your employees said that you needed each time. Called and asked for an estimate to paint a primed front bumper. Manuel gave me a good price and was in contact with me via text both during and after the bumper was painted. Won't lie, the end result looks amazing. Even though this was my first time doing business with them I was not disappointed and would highly recommend this shop to everyone I know.
Totally recommend Manuel I took my truck with hail damage windshield damage and body damage and a mirror replacement he left everything looking new. He went out of his way to help me with the insurance deals. An honest man that does great work and excellent customer service.
