Ruined my queen size comforter set. I brought the comforter and shams to have them dried cleaned but rather than dry clean the set they washed and dried it. The comforter shank 9" and the shams shrank 2". My queen size comforter went from 96" to 87". It fits a single or full size but not my queen mattress. I asked them why they washed and dried it all the lady could say "but that's what the cleaning label said to do". I told the lady at the counter when I left it there I wanted it dry cleaned.
