Excelente trabajo!
The hardest part of finding a decent contractor is you can only get two of the following: responsive, be there when they say, and reasonable cost. Manuel Perez and Sons is the exception. I managed a building in BK and went through every name I could find before Manuel was able to prove the service we needed at a solid price. And jobs big or small were no problem. Highly recommend.
