Lack of communication Takes long to get a response! Most Dr out of office
I appreciate the coordinated care offered at Ochsner. However some physicians are.getting tremendous patient loads, but can compromised good patient outcomes.
Dr Vargus was very thorough in his explaining of testing and possible diagnosis. He answered all questions. He spent time with me and didn’t make me feel like I was holding him up.His staff was friendly. I look forward to building a good doctor/patient relationship.
I was there yesterday for my 3pm appointment with Doctor Manuel Vargas,2:08pm I did online check in, 2:35pm check in the front desk coz the lady said she can’t scan the QR code I did online she got a copy of my insurance as well as my 75$ copay, I’ve been waiting… waiting until 4pm & still no one call me, 4:15 I decided to ask the front desk & she checked in the computer then ran to the back informed nurses why I’m still waiting, one lady came out & said the doctor can’t see me coz he has meeting that time, what????? 1 day b... read more
