Great place
Doctor Seneriz greeted me with professional kindness. He addressed my concerns and conducted an examination. He explained in great detail how to exercise to improve my strength. I highly recommend Dr. Seneriz if you have any health concerns re: bladder or prostrate.
Very professional and gave explanations that were easy to understand. From the time I arrived until all the way through the checking out process, I was treated very professionally and courteously. The entire staff was very good at putting my nerves at ease. Since my condition required seeing an urologist, I am glad I was seen by Dr. Sereriz.
Very disappointed with this office because they forgot to call me to schedule my appointment time for my procedure today. I had to call them after hours and then I was told that I was scheduled to have anesthesia but since my cardiologist didn’t authorize clearance that I could only get local anesthesia or reschedule for a later date, after I see my cardiologist.
