I had a very bad experience with this funeral company. I placed an order for flowers through their website for the funeral of a friend's mother on 5Dec, paid immediately and the flowers were never delivered. A week later I had confirmation from the family that they hadn't received them and I even learned that this had happened with 3 other orders. My mother passed and I had no clue what to do. I literally called and said that to the women on the line. From start to finish, the staff has been outstanding. Randi was with me, guiding my family and I every step of the way. The compassion that Randi, Mike, Bethany and Nelson showed to my family was outstanding. I honestly couldn't have picked a better place for my mom's service. Thanks again to the whole staff. It was so appreciated. -Diane
