I had posted a not so good review. But after speaking to the office manager everything got worked out. I am changing my review no I was not ask to but with the office manager taking time to actually call me tells me they care. You don't usually get those calls anymore. Thank you for your call.
Is anyone else a little pissed off that on a Friday afternoon you get a text message saying the doctor will be leaving on the 15th and all appointments must be rescheduled? I have been put off once before for this and now they want to move it until January. Hello there is a reason I want it done this month because I have meet my deductible for the year and already taken off from work. We called back to check on still getting the ultra sound next week but of course no one ever returned our call.
Cost of health care visit: Three hour wait time $40.00 office visit $10.00 parking Outcome of 5 minute visit: No explanation of 2 tests made during the wait. “Come back in a year.” Question: Why return? Elizabeth Kelly

Update 28th Feb 2025: Thank you for the response Dr Reyes but given no one from your staff ever calls back or responds to my calls after several more weeks of trying to deal with my continued issues I can’t act on your guidance to follow up. If your team can contact me directly to finally sort the issue I would appreciate it. It doesn’t seem like the back office and staff are improving.
