Extremely disappointed with the care my son received from Dr. Manuel R. Esteban-Galindo at Westmed Urgent Care (Ridge Hill) on June 16, 2024. Despite exhibiting clear symptoms of a serious underlying condition (tilted head, abnormal eye direction, and reports of walking sideways and bumping into walls), Dr. Esteban-Galindo diagnosed him with muscle spasms in the neck and sent him home with Tylenol and Motrin.
