I am beyond appalled by the experience my daughter and I had with this ENT pediatric office. After waiting 2 months for an appointment, they refused to see my daughter because we were 10 minutes late—despite rushing from school, taking her out early, and making every effort to arrive on time. The lack of compassion and flexibility was shocking.
