En esta clínica meten exámenes que no hacen y los cobran cuando pides los resultados te cobran por dártelos a mi me atendió un doctor que en ese momento le cerraron la clínica por meter cobros a las aseguranzas que no existían y me cobraron dos veces un estudio que no me hicieron a las personas que van a esta clínica tengan cuidado.
They started doing procedures for the yearly check ups that the insurance does not cover. Phone service very slow and when actually you are in the appointment they are super slow.
I went last year with Dr. W. Quintania. He no longer works there. He requested blood work with the company that is in the same place. The codes that were used were wrong and so now my insurance is wanting me to pay. My insurance has talked to QUEST but nothing has been resolved. They also NEVER answer the phone.
I called and made an appointment to be seen because I hadn’t been feeling good for 2 weeks. Was told they were also gonna do my annual checkup and that was fine but I told them I need to see a doctor. Went in and they told me they were gonna do my annual first and I was okay with that but I told every nurse I saw what happened and how I’ve been in and out of hospitals for 2 weeks now. Brought in FLMA paperwork to be filled out 2 months past nothing ready talked to Dr Padilla in what was needed . Last year the same never got paperwork done correctly. They don’t have the correct information on hand. Paid for the documents never received them last year and still waiting this year.
