I would not recommend Manuel K Auto based on my experience. I purchased a vehicle from them for approximately $10,000, and in the year since buying it, I have put nearly another $10,000 into repairs while only driving it about 11,000 miles. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have had to replace: * The subframe (the dealer did replace this for me but also inspected a car with major holes in the subframe) * Three control arms * The entire brake system (rotors, calipers, and brakes all around) (they were bad when I bought the car ... read more
My experience started off good, I saw a van my husband and I love and we drove an hour and a half to look at it. Will was so nice and showed it to us and his secretary walked us through the process of getting approved. They gave me 20 days to come up with the rest of my down payment for the van. I put down $1,000 and had to get $2,000 more. I did 16 hour shifts everyday. I missed days away from my kids. My daughter took her first steps during one of my doubles. I attached my ORIGINAL review that I had to take down in order for my dad to receive his refund, to add authenticity to this review. UPDATE: They forced me to take my original ad down in order to get my dad his money back. the car came with a 30 day warranty. It took my dad WEEKS to get an answer about getting refunded for the repairs he had to make to the vehicle (the vehicle under warranty). If I could do a half star I so would told me nothing was wrong with my van got it home 5 days later check engine light they said we are using the wrong gas it calls for 87 must not know cars that good just sell the whole thing quit ripping people off
