He is a amazing doctor. Always explained things and helped explained why he changed my meds. Was always helpful to me.
He does not provide full attention to patients and his demeanor is very unprofessional by making unwanted judgmental comments that has nothing to do with the consultation. He abandons his patients without warning them that the consultation is over meanwhile the patient still have concerns to discuss about.
When I came to him my health was not all that grate as a diabetic. Dr. Quinones took an active interest in my situation and at times helping me out with my medical insurance company when they refused to give me the prescribed medication. I have been a diabetic for almost 11 years and he this doctor has been the best so far. This is my personnel experience and I thank the doctor and his courteous staff too.

Horrible bedside manner! Treated my a 60 year old dad as if he was an imbecile. No thank you. If you are looking for a hispanic doctor because you think he will relate to you, look elsewhere!
