I have seen Dr. Guillen twice and he has been very helpful. The only hiccup was from billing at Mindful Health solutions, but even this was solved quickly and had nothing to do with him personally.

After arriving at the appointment, he listened and suggested that we take the patient to Sun Behavioral Houston where his office would call to have her admitted. Once there, they needed other forms. I told them that Dr. Manuel Guillen had called but they informed us that no one can be admitted against their will. I tried to call his office but they wouldn’t answer our calls. This was a total waste of our time.

Extremely rude, unqualified, basically clueless. Incurious, incompetent, worthless as a doctor.

Dr cancelled my appt before even seeing me because "he doesn't prescribe the medications I've been on before." I never asked for any specific medication, nor am I taking any. Reason for appointment was severe depression and anxiety that has gotten really bad. This Dr's lack of concern for someone in need is astonishing and very unethical. I've never been on any medications for depression that were out of the normal scope prescribed by PCPs so his reasoning is unjust. Don't look to this Dr for help, you won't get any.
