Dr. Gonzalez‘s office is always fun. Everyone seems to be in a good mood. Everything is on target. The appointments were kept close to the time they were made. The nurses are all pleasant and smart and Dr Gonzalez is the best in Miami.
If I could give this practice zero stars, I would. They are wildly unprofessional at this office. I have sat in the waiting room for over an hour to be transferred to another waiting room for an additional 2 hours. After a 3 hour wait, I asked the nurse where the doctor was- he was in a meeting. I let the nurse know that I had to leave within a half hour as I have a job and she said the doctor would be another hour at least. I told her I had an 8am appointment and she said the doctor does not arrive until 10am. That is unacc... read more
