I had a very disappointing experience with this clinic. I needed lab work faxed over for a referral and was told it would be done by the end of the day. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. I followed up the next day, only to be hung up on twice when I called to check the status. The staff was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout the entire process. I expected a basic level of communication and follow-through, but they failed on both counts. I would not recommend this clinic based on my experience.

I never once saw the actual Dr. I was shuffled between PAs, the worst of them being someone named Angel. I was a patient for over a year and had the misfortune of having Angel as the PA who “over saw” my health. I am now with Dr. Ana Arroyave, where I finally had my concerns met with reassurance. I’d gone to Borrego/Angel several times for my concerns over me having a lymphatic issue post stage 4a uterine cancer where over 50 lymphatic nodules were removed following a full hysterectomy. This place doesn't deserve a 1 star. Front office is worst. Time to look for another Doctor. Not because of the Doctor/ Nurse Prac. because of the staff. They really have to clean house. Unprofessional all the way around.

I just want to say what a great receptionist Megan (McRae location)is. I had an appointment on a Friday at a different location and the medicine prescribed to me was not in stock at the pharmacy. I frantically called the Forney location at 4:30 and no one answered. I needed this medicine for Covid and called the McRae office. Megan answered and assured me that she would call Forney to change the medication to the one the pharmacy had in stock and if she couldn’t get ahold of the Dr , she would have the Dr at McRae look at my... read more
