I had been having trouble with my shoulder for years. I had seen several PTS, had steroid injections, acupuncture, and dry needling. Nothing had helped for any length of time. Christian worked his magic and my shoulder pain was gone. As well as being a good human, Christian is extremely knowledgeable about anatomy and how the body works. I would recommend him to anyone.
I could cry! Actually, I did a little. Today was the first day in years that I woke up pain-free. I saw Christian yesterday for the second time. I am grateful for his non-traditional, no fluffy massage, manual therapy. He knows what he's doing and is sharing his knowledge with his patients. I am excited to continue down this path of working towards optimal health and wellness.
My experience with Christian has been amazing so far. He’s kind, considerate, and is better at asking for consent compared to most professionals. With Christian’s help, I’m improving my muscle awareness and that’s had a positive impact on my ability to exercise and play sports. Most importantly, we’re making big strides in releasing trauma that’s been held in my body for years.
Christain came as a highly regarded recommendation and he did not disappoint. His approach is non traditional, but after one session, he gave me relief and range of motion in my knee I haven’t felt in years. Not only did he help in the session, but he gave me ideas to try at home and in everyday life. Thank you, Christain!
I saw Christian after trying everything (PT, massage, acupuncture) for a shoulder injury I’ve had for 6 months. Within a few minutes he’d found the problem and was able to give me almost full range of motion without pain within a few minutes. He takes a holistic approach and takes his time to explain what he’s doing and how it works into the injury.
