Rebecca is a skilled practitioner and a fabulous person. She really takes the time to ask caring and thoughtful questions, and addresses her patients from a holistic perspective focused on healing. She taught me some great leg strengthening exercises with a pilates ring, and how to use the cube to get into those tight, hard-to-reach places.
