Jamie is great. She has treated every member of my family. She is great for athletes who want to recover and stay in shape. As a triathlete, she knows how to navigate injury and recovery.
Jamie is an excellent listener who customizes treatment and exercises to help you move beyond injury to longer term wellness. She is especially knowledgeable about sports injury treatment.
Jamie has helped me recover from a persistent and painful Achilles tendinitis condition that has dogged me for more than 25 years. I find Manual Therapy Effects, Physical Therapist, to be a great follow-on to Rehab PT/OT and to coordinate very well with core training with a Personal Trainer. We work on balance, flexibility, and areas of pain or discomfort. During Pandemic, we work seamlessly using online therapy and some basic & easily obtained home aids.
Jamie is a talented therapist. She asks questions and takes the time to understand your body. Highly recommend. Being in pain makes you vulnerable and having someone there to work things out is so truly valuable
