I've worked with both Kari and Megan since late 2024 and have made progress and learned quite a bit from both. I appreciate that they are like-minded in their philosophy, yet very different and equally effective in their approach. They are both personable, knowledgeable, and very professional--I wouldn't hesitate to recommend either one.
Manual Physical Therapy (Kari in particular was my therapist) was the PT practice I turned to when I was having trouble walking and sleeping from an injury. He did a fantastic job of sorting out my problem and relieving the pain and muscle spasms. The exercises suggested allowed me to keep moving and return to a pre - injury functionality. I have seen several physical therapists during the last nine years, as a result of injury from a ladder accident and several subsequent surgeries. I can honestly say Megan of Manual Physical Therapy is outstanding and ranks among the best therapists I've seen. She is compassionate, informative, and highly competent.
I have had multiple experiences with physical therapy over 20 years, but none as effective as my sessions with Kari. This time I began with a frozen shoulder from an old injury/surgical repair and progressive guarding that led to non-stop pain with the tiniest movement of any kind. His use of manual therapy relieved the constant pain within the first half dozen visits.
